I don't know if anyone cares, but I'm singing Mozart's Dies Irae from Requiem in choir and I thought you might want to know more about it:
He was writing this song as he knew that he was dying as a commission for another composer who was going to take the credit. Mozart felt that this was his death song and that he deserved the credit for writing it, so he attached his name to it. He died before finishing it, but it was finished using his notes. The lyrics in Latin are as follows:
Dies irae, dies illa
Solvet saeclum in favila
Teste David cum Sybila

Quantus quantus tremor es futurus
Quando judex es venturus
Cuncta stricte discusurus

Just FYI. Great song, by the way.
