The techno music used to introduce all of the characters is definately "Absurd" by Fluke, as someone mentioned before. It can be found on their album, "Risotto". There are numerous mixes of the song, but the best one is the Whitewash mix, which I've only found on the Hackers 3 Soundtrack so far.

The instrumental music for TV spot number 3 - ("Give him an order worth following...") is from 'Last of the Mochicans', by Trevor Jones and Randy Edelman. It sounds a little different, from what I saw of the movie, but according to my little cousin, she says that's definately it.
