Listened to it in stand alone after seeing the film last week, and found it left a better impression than in context (which was not bad at all). There are similarities with Kingdom of Heaven, but I'm a little bit reluctant to compare this with that, as the tone of the film and the music is very different to me. KoH really has that epic soundscape in my mind which doesn't apply with that score.
Anyway, a nice experience IMHO, with some themes that keep running through my head. I don't think this will make my top 10, but it will be something I'll come back to happily time to time.
