According to Google, a Music Coordinator mainly helps out with the administrative side of things:

In the film and television industries, music coordinators work closely with music editors, composers, and music supervisors to create and deliver cue sheets, ensuring that the film's music royalties are distributed correctly. They might also negotiate and acquire synchronization rights for the film's music.

However, if I had to guess, Id say Score Coordinator could be a broad term to mean different things. Given how the main composer on the project, Germaine Franco, has a long history working with John Powell as an orchestrator and Score Coordinator herself, maybe he just returned the favor on one of her first big projects? Maybe it was also a way of coaching her on the project as an experienced composer, on the creative side?
