> And now, for the scores I must imagine you just haven't heard since they missed your list (After all, everyone agrees with me on the brilliance of The Green Knight, right?)

> The Green Knight, Daniel Hart: 'O Nyghtegale,' 'Now I'm Ready, I'm Ready Now'

I confess that the songs were the only thing I enjoyed about this score.

> Tom and Jerry, Christopher Lennertz: 'Tom and Jerry Arrive,' 'Wedding Disaster'

I should have remembered 'Wedding Disaster'--it's great!

> Margrete: Queen of the North, Jon Ekstrand

I'll check this one out!

> Free Guy, Chirstophe Beck

I found Beck's work on WandaVision much more interesting.

> The Last Duel, Harry Gregson-Williams

No score cue in The Last Duel really stood out to me--Grace Davidson's performance of the main theme's song arrangement easily outshines everything else on the soundtrack. Coincidentally, she performed the vocal solo in 'Goonfight at Gutterball Corral' from Gunpowder Milkshake! Her voice is stunning. smile

> Wait, if you listed a bunch of stuff from scores I liked, and I had to add ten more that I liked, does that mean...2021 turned out...fine? Good, even?? With two months left in the can?

If I can put together a 4+ hour-long playlist of the year's best film/TV music, I'd say we're doing just fine. wink
