That's very interesting. These neighbors are even more selfish and entitled than I thought. It reveals that they are afraid that your campaign is having an impact. Let them complain.

Local governments deal with campaigns against permits regularly. I hope the permitters laugh off your egocentric neighbors because they deserve only scorn and pity. Is there any indication that the permitters are forcing more reparations from them?
