It's a long suite!

Like a lot of modern Williams SW themes, not quite the catchiest of melodies on first listen. Beginning of the theme sounds a bit like the Desperation/Retreat theme from Last Jedi, feels like there's a hint of the Force theme in moments too. The one repeating phrase that emerges around 2:25 feels like classic prequel trilogy Williams, so that's pretty neat! And the way the theme resolves at the end of the suite...oh that's good.

Excited to hear what Holt does with it.

ETA: It's occurred to me that if Williams is 90, that means A New Hope (1977) was released when he was 45. Which means he's now been writing new Star Wars music for over half his lifetime.
