Carter Burwell has taken off this assignment on his website.

Plus, past Filmtracks nemesis Ford A. Thaxton "confirmed" he was off the project. Thaxton also said his "insider sources" told him that Alan Taylor (director of the film) was asked to take a "long vacation" until after THOR is released.

Weird circumstances if all is true. I am looking forward to this film, but when Marvel has a possible problem with the director, that's not a good sign.
