So willful fornication with historical monuments gets you the slammer in Russia. What exactly qualifies as a historical monument? Would anybody care if someone was caught sticking his dick through the eye socket of the Bust of Lenin? And what's this about "willful fornication"? What if somebody had stolen the classic oboe and used it to rape an unwilling participant? He goes to jail for rape, but what about the charge on the historical count? I think with Putin now, they go back to the days of just shooting the bastard in the street.
