I typed 'film score girlie pervert' into the search engine and it brought me here. I hope this is the right place for my problem.

My girlfriend caught me looking at girlie magazines while listening to Danny Elfman scores the other day and now she thinks that I am a pervert. However, I don’t think that I am. She believes that I have no respect for women, and that I must have a problem, and that I want to degrade women. She also thinks the music is contributing to my 'abnormal' behavior.

I like Elfman music, and as for the nudie magazines, I looked more out of curiosity and 'interest', rather than with any sick or perverted thoughts. Can you suggest how I could convince my girlfriend that I am not a pervert?

Thank you,
