The 2000 Varèse Sarabande album was a regular U.S.
release. The expanded 2024 album from that label is limited to 2,000
copies and available only through soundtrack specialty outlets for an
initial price of $20. The CD sold out within six months, but that
expansion was also released digitally for $15.
