Amongst many different genres of music, I have a special place for classical music and film score music. I have almost all of John William's releases with the exception of rare old scores and a few classical pieces, however I just bought his trumpet concerto with the LSO which is pretty crazy! Anyway I'm just another avid film score headgeeks I'll listen to anyone once, though I am a traditionalist, so perfer scores performed strictly or mostly with an orchestra/ensemble...gotta keep people employeed. My favorate orchstras are:

1. London Symphony Orchestra
2. Boston Pops/Symphony Orchestra
3. Los Angeles Philharmonic
4. Chicago Symphony Orchstra
5. Albany/Schenectedy Symphony Orchestras (gotta support the local group)

Favorate Composers:
1. John Williams
2. Jerry Goldsmith
3. Max Steiner
4. James Horner
5. Miklos Rosza
6. Erich Wolfgang Korngold
7. Leonard Bernstein
8. Howard Shore
9. Michael Giacchino
10.Ennio Morricone
11.Alexandre Desplat
12.Danny Elfman
13.Marco Beltrami
14.Alan Silvestri
15.David Arnold

Honorable Mentions: James Newton Howard and Elliot Goldenthal(both do good work, but just doesn't quite do it for me to make the top list)

The list goes on from here. If you're ever interested in trading albums or itunes/mp3's let me know with a message! Hope to make my face more familiar here and feel free to hit me up whenever.
