Because I havn't seen the movie so some people might disagree with me, but by hearing the soundtrack, it is very clssical, far more classical then star wars!!! and some jazz!!! Is this soundtrack really sutiable for this movie???

However, I love all John's composition, I think no one well disagree with me???

*PS, for the people have DVD player, make sure you buy the DVD-Audio version of the soundtrack, cause it is far more better than the nomarl 44khz cd!!!

Watch the movie, well, when it comes out on DVD. The music works pretty well with it. The music also bears a lot of resemblence to Phillip Glass' music. It's somewhat like a stylized futuristic sound to it. The movie is also much more emotional than Star Wars was, and the music emphasizes particular feelings appropriately, I believe.
