Thanks for the nice words Officially I AM still working on the list - the 100 have been determined - I just have to get off my backside and finish it. But having recently moved from England to California, having a day job, a wife to take care of, and the regular reviews of current scores to write, it's sort of got pushed to the back burner.

Don't worry, it will get finished eventually!!

Eventually means when? It is now 5 and 1/2 years later and your list is not only unfinished, but completely gone!
