Well, she testifies that her husband "ran into her knife" 10 times. Squish is supposed to be the sound that the knife makes while he's "running into the knife".

Yeah, think about it. "Squish, as in, what the sound of a knife cutting, um, meat, would make.." I was just casted in Cell Block Tango actually... It's fantastic.
