This is one of those few brilliant scores that brings tears to your eyes every time you hear it. It is brilliantly complex, innocently simple, and at times violently disturbing.

How many other people consider this to be Danny Elfmans best score?

I agree! All of Elfman's scores come close, but Ed Scissorhands is the best. Batman Returns is close. A lot of people despise the Returns score, but I'm totally open, man...
