I know this is 'slightly' late.. but.

I think this is a good score from its time, it shows a side of Zimmer that people need to see in my opinion. I think the reviewer here is very very harsh on Zimmer, as are most musically educated people. The man has created some of the most influential scoring styles in Hollywood history, granted with the help of his team, nonetheless, he was at the forefront of it all. I think Zimmer deserves more respect than what is delivered on the internet.

To get back to the score, I like it, BUT its by no means his best work. As previously stated however, it's a great side of Zimmer that alot of people would never would imagine possible. Definately worth a listen. 4/5 for me, mainly for the fact he was (& currently still is) stepping very far out of his comfort zone.
