I think a big mistake people make when hearing film scores is to relate the music with the film, rather than relating it with life. When i listen to Home Alone i NEVER think about Mr. Culkin, or any of the actors. In other words, who cares about what happens with these persons??!! I just care about the music, and it is delightful, no matter what Culkin or any other person in the movie does and has done. It is music, nothing else. What are soundtrack CD's for? To listen to the damn music!! If you want to watch the movie, then go get it. It's music...
