From what all I'm hearing from those clips, it's far higher than the ** score Clem claims it to be. Definitely sounding like Elfman's finest score since Sleepy Hollow, if you ask me.

The review at the other site is not 'better' but rather, 'more positive'. It totally ignores the ethnic questions raised by the review at this site.

No, it doesn't

The review at cinemusic.net ignores the problematical elements of the score, like the ethnic parts, which the reviewer there just dismisses with one sentence. That's not very smart reviewing.

It is in your opinion that the ethnic elements of the score and problematic. In the opinion of guys like mine and Ryan's, they are certainly not problematic but very appropriate and powerful.
