Honestly, at this point I think you should stop reviewing Zimmer's scores altogether. You clearly have no desire to enjoy his style and simply giving him a 1 or 2 star rating for every single score that's inventive and different from a symphonic score is wrong. You're also being a musical racist by doing that. To anyone reading these reviews, don't take these reviews for Zimmer to justice. Inferno for instance is one of the most unique experiences and is absolutely functional with the film in so many ways. What Clemmenson is doing is using these reviews to ratings by giving him horrendous reviews. Enough is enough already.

You're clearly out of your element and blurting out blanket statements to justify liking the TERRIBLE score that is Inferno. This site highly rates many electronic-leaden masterpieces of Zimmer's such as Broken Arrow, Crimson Tide, and Angels and Demons, as well as John Powell's Greenzone, and Vangelis' Alexander just to name a few. Inferno is simply an awful mess. Hans Zimmer's scores get worse the less he actually contributes to them. Clemensen does not have a grudge against Zimmer. Zimmer really is letting ghostwriters (amateurs) ruin mainstream film music.

Another Zimmer nut hugger. Enough is enough. Movies need actual scores, not recycled garbage.
