Or you can try Walmart or Best Buy, never download music.movie unless you own the original media. It's just wrong.

It is also illegal to download music you don't own the copyright of. If you read the user agreement with programs like kazaa it tells you that. People do get caught and fined lots of money for breaking that rule.
