This soundtrack was BORING. Get a rock band or Hans Zimmer next time so it has some cool bass and a decent melody.

I am not a troll, you [bleep!]. The trailers for LINCOLN had great rhythmic and sung music but the soundtrack in the movie was GERIATRIC. Some of the trailer tunes could have made the movie better.

Ok then, watch the movie if you haven't yet (after all, it's the SOUNDTRACK we're talking here), then come back here with suggestions where you would prefer Zimmer's bass rhythms and rock band songs better. I'm open to discuss those with you

You really think that a movie about Abe Lincoln, set in 18-frickin-65, would have been better served by "beats" and "cool bass"? That is so monumentally stupid that I instantly thought you were a troll. If you're serious, I'm a lot more scared.

I think he accidentally watched the trailer to Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. I didn't hear any singing or beats in the trailer to Lincoln. :p

Dafuq?

No, seriously, I just came across this delightful little Post and 'Dafuq' pretty much sums up my reaction to it.

The rythms and beats are in the score, ignorant

It wouldn't have time signatures or bars if it wasn't. That there aren't drums playing doesn't mean that there is no rythm.

Does a song played on acoustic solo guitar without a drum set not have rythm? OF COURSE IT DOES!

Where did YOU study music?
