Kingdom oh Heaven, Scott's latest movie, has seen it's own score replaced by tracks from other soundtracks ("The 13th Warrior", "Blade 2", "Hannibal").
Harry Gregson-Williams has seen one of his masterpiece "butchered" and replaced by other scores... And especially during scenes where his original work was really good (they are available on the soundtrack's CD).
