.....It seems the movie and the soundtrack have this in common: critics are devisive, but in a twist of fate audiences are giving the cold shoulder and are actually enjoying the score and the film.

Critics-
Movie: RottenTomatoes 57% (214 critics), Metacritic 55/100 (47 critics)
Soundtrack: FT * out of *****, MW * out of ***** (sorry, I couldn't find more )

Audience/Mainstream-
Movie: IMDb 8.3/10 (45,256 votes), predicted to punch a $100 million+ opening domestically, A- Cinemascore.
Soundtrack: iTunes #1 Soundtrack and #4 Music overall (only behind Daft Punk, Black Sabbath, and Florida George Line), has a ****1/2 out of ***** (444 votes so far, thus only 18 agree with Christian and James, and most likely Broxton too lol) Note: this is for the Limited Deluxe Edition, not the standard.

Btw, I liked the movie and I thought the soundtrack was okay as I lowered my expectations for it. Afterall, saying Hans would outdo Williams' theme is like saying Don Davis outdid Williams for Jurassic Park, aka PREPOSTEROUS.

Any thoughts?
