Why are the same questions about the songs in The Matrix keeps getting asked over and over again? I have both the score and song compilation. Here is the 411. Every song you hear in the film (except the one Neo is listening to over his headphones) is on the song soundtrack. Every song! If you want to hear these song get the Maverick Matrix cd. Trust me. The score is much more interesting.

What is the name of the song in the beginning of the movie, when Neo is sleeping at his computer with his headphones on, what is the name of the song that he is listening to?

Headphone Song is..!

The song Neo is sleeping to is Enigma's "I Love you, I'll Kill You". It's not Massive Attack! Even the chorus of that Enigma song, "I feel a loneliness....I feel a loneliness...in my room," which even reflects Neo's loner lifestyle.

are you mentally handicapped? a deaf monkey with downes syndrome could tell that the song neo is listneing to is massive attack. i think those lyrics you quoted relate less to neo and more to your lifestyle, maybe you should go outside, you know, that big room with the ceiling that changes colours, or just kill yourself if going outside seems too much of a challenge.
