its actually funny that this post is at the top, cuz that loop is killer, and ive been trying to find it for a few days

The song is "Conquest of truth" by Music Junkies. I've never found it, but apparently it was available online for awhile. I ended up just recording it off the DVD.

However, the song is really just a remix of "The Eyes of Truth" by Enigma, which was used in the trailer and TV spots. In contrast, "Eyes of truth" is very easy to find.

The differences between the songs are subtle, but noticable.

I FOUND IT!!!!!!

It's in the song "Spirit of the Universe" nearly in the middle of the song... However, I don't think its exactly the same... Because the part where you see agent Smith and Neo collide in the middle of the air the song tones done, rather than have expolsive tempo... Any case hope this helps.. And if you guys can find the actual DVD version let me know. Thanks
