If you are talking about the word "Neodammerung", it's a mystery. However...
"Neo" is the main character and "dammerung" is German for "twilight"... and since that is what the entire song is about (Neo's Twilight) it is possible that that is the meaning.

It's a "hommage" to Richard Wagner's opera "Götterdämmerung" from "Der Ring Des Nibelungen".

Davis' score definitely doesn't deserve such an honor.
