Well I use MusicMatchBox....which is free at there site.

If you have it MusicMatchBox...go to the option menu and then scroll down to recorder then settings. The there are two blank boxes. It says "Make Track Clips" over them. One box says "start at" and the other says "length" You then enter the seconds into it.

Now here is an example. Ok, lets say you have a track that is 2:00 long and you want it to start at 30 sec and end at 1:45. You enter 30 sec into the box "start at" and then enter the length into the other box. To get the length you add 60+45 which will give you 105. Then 105-30 which will give you 75. So you then put 75 in the "length" box. If you click advanced in that menu you can use fade and fade out (you can even adjust how long the fades last). But anyways I would consider using a calculator for the longer tracks.

But anyways....thats how i did it.
