Newman has a great aspect to his film scoring. In this movie it is not a score of action, but a score that countermands the action in the movie and also acts with it reminding us it is a story of tradgey, revenge, and deception. The score itself coencides sucessfully with the timeline and the story of the movie, and sculpts out each scene and reminds you of a scene everytime you hear a track. I am a fan of Zimmer, Williams, and Giacchino- all with great action tracks, and that is where i thought i would stay. This movie changed that, well this movie only as a matter of fact. Newman has done a great job....I dunno how these guys come up with these scores, but man do they ever add to the excitement and feeling of the movies
