Ramin is 30 years old. He was born in Duesburg, Germany. His father is Persian and his mother is German. Ramin came to the United States for college and attended Berkley School of Music in Boston. After graduation, Ramin moved to California and worked for a short time before joining Hans Zimmer at Media Ventures. Ramin worked on many project under Hans Zimmer. I believe Ramin worked as a composer doing additional music for: Exit Wounds (2001), The Time Machine (2002), K-19 The Widowmaker (2002), Manfast (2002), Equilbrium (2002), The Recruit (2003), Ned Kelly (2003), Pirates of the Caribbean/The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), Something's Gotta Give (2003), Son of the Mask (2005), Batman Begins (2005) & The Island (2005). Ramin remains at Media Venture Studios, but I believe has also worked under his own company composing on: The Devil and Daniel Webster (2001), Shoo Fly (2001), Beat the Drum (2003), Saving Jessica Lynch (2003), Thunderbirds (2003), The Grid (2004), Blade: Trinity (2004), Buffalo Dreams (2005), Prison Break (2005), All the Invisible Children (2005), Thresholod (2005), Ask the Dust (2006), Blade: The Series (2006), and Open Season (2006). Ramin is an extremely dedicated and talented young man. I believe we will be hearing more about him in the near future.
