There is no direct proof that Hergé was a Nazi collaborator. Yes he was anti-Semetic and that made it into Tintin, but there is no way that Milou the dog is a "manifestation of Hergé's belief in the New Order". Clemmensen is an asshole for even suggesting it - Hergé denounced the New Order after the war!!
