Hm, I don’t think I associate many of my favourites with “summer” specifically, so my list is going be kinda… strange.

1: L’envol (Yared)

This one makes me emotional! Great stuff.

2: Rudy (Jerry Goldsmith)
American football is played in summer, right? At a minimum it is in my mind.

3: The Sims 4 (Eshkeri)

Really underrated video game score.

4: Victoria 3 (Hakan Glante and Audinity)
Does the Spring of Nations count for “summer”? Lol.

5: The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset (Brad Derrick and co)
Couldn’t resist.

6: 127 Hours (Rahman)
Film (and score) really makes you feel the summer heat.

7: La La Land (Hurwitz)
This was my jam back when I wanted to be a film director.

8: Apex: Legends (Barton)
Ah, spending summer playing battle royale games… those were the days.

9: Overwatch (Velasco and friends)
And hero shooters. Summertime was great for those too.

10: Toy Story 2 (Newman)
My favourite childhood film, and a bucket of childhood summertime nostalgia.
