existed sparsely on the secondary market in early 2009. The retail album was limited to
1,000 copies on CD (for roughly $20) and available from the label and soundtrack specialty
outlets. It sold out within three days. The same music was then made available to regular
commercial download outlets (Amazon.com and iTunes) for a retail price of $10. The resale
price of the CD began escalating immediately.
