The 1993 Scotti Bros. album was a regular U.S. release, but out
of print as of the late 1990's. The expanded 2011 Intrada album was limited to
2,000 copies and sold out within two weeks after its release, immediately fetching
resale prices of $50 or more. The 2017 La-La Land album was limited to 2,000 copies
and sold at soundtrack specialty outlets for a retail price of $20. After that
product had sold out, Quartet Records re-issued the same contents with new
packaging for another 1,000 copies in 2023.
