The 1991 dual album was the ninth entry in the Varèse
Sarabande CD Club, with only 1,000 copies pressed. It sold for $150 in the
early 2000's. The 2008 Intrada album is limited to 2,000 copies and sold
though soundtrack specialty outlets for $20. It had not sold out within
three years of its release.
