Williams is a right guy on a right place. Not for the first time he showed that he can handle the difficult jobs. His score hasn't so much emotional side like E.T. or Close Encounters, but this time the topic was more adult. The thing about the theme. Yes it has a great theme, but is unfortunetly often played with piano or is used in the background. I wish it would be played by full orchestra. The rest of the score is good or sometimes very good- my favorite scene and the illustration of music is when Jude Law's characters stands in front of the raising moon- brilliant Williams and cinematographer Kaminski. Also the vocal parts are quite impressive. For me it is a ****-score.
