Re: Zimmer and Howard...Who should be next? I think Danny Elfman with Don Davis could be a great combo.
Danny's melodies combined with Don's imaginative orchastrations and use of both live orchastra and digital sound.
My original wish was to have Don Davis as the composer of "Batman Begins".
Just look how much the existing "Batman Begins" soundtrack borrows heavily from both of those gentlemen's work (mostly from "Matrix" and "Spider-man").
