So the Latin words for each tracks have been taken from some of the main different species of bats that live all over the world. Thats very cool I think.
I think the soundtrack is amazing in the way it gives birth to some dark terrifying images in our minds and it gives the film a lot of power and impact on the viewer. I think that without it "Batman begins" wouldnt have been as powerful and effective, particularly the track called "Barbastella" (yet another species of bat whose name derives from the Latin for 'star beard'; and refers to the delicate beard of frosted white hairs radiating out from the lower lip and that lives in the Mediterranean area and in the Canary Islands) is one of the most acomplished best conceived tracks of the soundrack, taking us into the depths of the world of bats, damp, scary and yet so fascinating and amazing.
