I think this is the best action score for a long time |

I mean look at the Moscow Wind Up's second half, that part is one of the best thrilling action music I've ever heard. Or the opening of Bim Bam Smash, how great is that? I don't think I listened to something like this for a long time. I've been searching for some new great action score and this is the one. I liked The Rock, Peacemaker but those things are in the past and new action scores don't have that energy. This one has : )

I know what you mean. Powell's recent scores are my fave in a long time. If you like action scores, check out Powell's Italian Job, the track 'Tunnel Run' is one of the most exciting action pieces i've heard in a long time. coupled with the 'Hog Chase' tracks from Paycheck

I agree with you both. Powell always seems to hit the right key with me too. Favourite tracks of mine are 'Furniture2 from Face/Off, the 'Main Title' from Pluto Nash, 'Funeral Pyre' & 'To The Roof' from Bourne Supremacy and 'The New Plan' from The Italian Job Remake. Powell just seems to have so much energy in his scores while keeping a general good sense of humour as well.
Top marks for this effort!
