Fantastic, unconventional, work by John Powell and Harry Gregson-Williams on this amazing score. You have to keep in mind the light-hearted tone of this film in order to fully appreciate this orchestration. Certainly it is over-the-top and rather bombastic, but I found it's intelligant various of the thematic que quite enthralling. I'm a fan of full orchestra and I would otherwise condem the use of such an irritating 'instrument' however. There are only a few bars in a few ques which contain the kazoo and never before has it been used so effectively. Fear not, the kazoos DO NOT overwhelm the score as the reviewer implied. This is a fantasticly entertaining score that somehow manages not to drown itself in a bobastic rampage by maintaining its light-hearted tone. Definately worthy of an Oscar nomination.

Its variety is quite remarkable. From blues to Zimmerisc action stuff, you will find what you need in here.
It is fun, fun, fun!
And it also is recorded in superb sound-quality.
If you don't own it already, get it quick!!!
