Hook, not to mention Roland Emmerich and Wolfgang Petersen which are making one of the most american patriotic movies ever witnessed on the big screen... And THEY'RE Germans... But that's beside the point . I think that Clemmensen didn't even saw The Fan... I'm sure of it. As for Forman, I'd add to that list above also Man on the Moon, also a biopic about american icon.
