Alas no. As far as I am aware, the poster art version of the RCA issues does not include the liner notes, photos etc.

The disc art remains the same as the black SE logo jewel case discs however (the matt, coloured images of the Alliance symbol, Death Star etc). ie not the holographic disc art from the slipcase sets.

A poster called Israel over on the ANH review page has these RCA poster art CDs; drop him a line with your questions for a definitive answer.
