Often you'll want to look and ask around in video game stores instead of music stores for these sound tracks. So check out places like Electronics Boutique, Game Stop, etc. (though unfortunately their support for game sound tracks seems to have gotten WORSE over the years). Both the original Medal of Honor sound tracks and its successor come from games that are more than two years old though so most places won't be carrying the sound track anymore. EA Games, the game publisher itself, acts like the games don't even exist anymore since they're so "old" and are more about pushing the newer Medal of Honor: Allied Assault iterations. If you shop around the bargain bins in those game stores though you might get lucky. This is one of those items that will be very rare to find in a store but when you do it should be pretty inexpensive.
