Comments about the soundtrack for Planet of the Apes (Danny Elfman)

Unfortunately, I base my opinion on whether I want a soundtrack way too much on how I felt about the movie. I thought the movie was a letdown so I never looked for the soundtrack. I just happened to see it in a used section so I went ahead and bought it. I absolutely love it. I've never been to interested in Elfman, but I am now looking into his other scores. What do people think are his better ones?
