After watching the trailer for spiderman 2, i had hoped that this would be a better film.

Coming out of the cinema, i was very disapointed once again at this film.

1. Toby Maguire is one terrible actor! there is just no facial expression on any of the scenes, especially on the emotional scenes and his dialogue delivery is very poor. His overal performance is very wooden, and several experts to actually agree with me on this one.

2. Now i dont know if its me, but i just dont find kirsten dunst attractive! i mean people talk about her as if shes really beautiful, but come on lets get real, her features are very average and to me is the type of women, i wouldnt luk twice at if she walked past me. As for her acting, it was better than toby's.

3. now to the bad guys. The villian, otto or woteva his name is was not bad. although im sure it would've luked betta wid a muscle man, den a guy wid a beer belly! and err.. whats that experiment about?..fusion! now what da hell is dat, i dont think the average audience understands it, and der wasnt a deep enuff explanation for what happened to him.

4. The music? well a slight improvement. The music in the trailer was superb, although i didnt hear it in the movie, maybe i missed it but once again the soundtrack wasnt strong enuff.

5. The special effects. This was the positive side to the movie, and the only aspect i really admired. the level of plotting was much better than that used in the first movie, and the spiderman in the air luked alot more convincing.

6. The direction. There was something not right about the way this film flowed, just like the first one. The sequences were far too camp and comic like, that it lost its sense of realism and almost became a comedy! This is particular in the head chief news boss 'mr jameson' i mean would a person really act like that!

7. There were gaps in the film. Why did spiderman lose his powers? what was it that regained them? and when his suite was in the hands of the chief, spiderman tuk it again, i mean did he not have a spare?

8. Personally i neva liked the idea of the web coming out from the wrist, but thats not a major issue, i always thought he shouldve used cartridges.

Well thats it folks, hope you can all respond in a civilised manner this time eh, instead of slandering me for having a different view!

Thank You.
