Zimmer/Badelt to write Pirates of the Caribbean instead of Alan Silvestri

Personally, I find this choice of having replaced Alan Silvestri by Hans Zimmer & Klaus Badelt to write the score to PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: CURSE OF THE BLACK PEARL to be a bad idea. For once that Alan had managed to put his hands on a subject different from his usual comedies, it really is a pity ! You know, as a huge fan of Silvestri's music, I was really eager to hear what the composer could've written with this particular kind of movie, but now all my great expectations regarding the music have almost vanished, unfortunately. Anyway, I hope not be disappointed with the final result provided by Zimmer and Badelt. But with Zimmer on board (my favorite composer ever!), I'm just sure both composers won't give us crap.
