NAY, I say (does this make me a nay-sayer?). Four stars. This was, I think, among the very first non-and-pre-LotR Shore scores I sought out...and it's an absolutely lovely listening. Unlike some of the other scores did in this style - and which DO sound very workman-like, but ultimately mundane -, this one actually has a, uhm, heart and soul and together with the more mysterious parts for Zoltan etc., this works very well.

The only thing I don't like? The hugely blown-up close visual of Hanks used for the main CD art. Someone should re-do this one...hint, hint, nudge, nudge... wink

OK, enough for this week. Good night for those in my timezone!
