I’m so glad to see Shirley Walker get some love and appreciation because I think her Batman theme is my definitive Batman theme. She is a phenomenal composer and while I love the Elfman theme and Zimmers had its moments, I think that Walkers theme she wrote for the series and then reused in the movie is one of the most underrated themes ever composed. (Probably a good reason too why I kinda dug Giacchinos as well, cause it shares more DNA with the Walker scores than Zimmer or elfman to me at least) Shirley Walker is just too phenomenal of a composer so I appreciate that some one gives her the love she so rightly deserves, great write up!!
