I havent been to that many, but of those I've been to so far, I'd definately pick the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. Went to hear Beethovens 9th Symphony (conducted by Tan Dun) last year and it was... well, I'd describe it as transcendent. A religious Experience, even. Hyperbole? Perhaps. But it was still wonderful and worth every Cent. The acoustics were top notch.
