What score was the most unfairly treated for Oscar consideration? Posted by: Steven P. Date: Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 3:31 p.m.

Now Playing: Dune Sketchbook - Zimmer
I've long known that the Academy's rules about score eligibility have been arbitrary at best, with one of the prime examples being have scores excluded from award consideration based on using pre-existing material.
Some of the most popular examples are scores for The Godfather, The Two Towers, and recent Dune: Part Two.
Just wondering about what are some other scores that got treated unfairly for Oscar nominations, and which one had the most unjust treatment in your opinion?
